Despite the ATF’s new pistol brace rules, we believe (in our opinion, not legal advice) that this pistol brace kit satisfies a majority of the new rules on ATF Worksheet 4999.
The rest of your build will obviously need to comply with the rules on the worksheet, but assuming the rest of your build is fine, we believe (100% our opinion) that this pistol brace kit satisfies a number of the requirements laid out on that worksheet.
