If you use an adjustable gas block like the Kaw Valley Precision adjustable gas blocks, this handguard lines up perfectly to allow adjustment of the gas block from the side.
The M-LOK section of the rail lines up perfectly for use with the Kaw Valley Precision adjustable gas block (not included).
