By using this website, by even laying eyes on our domain name or our logo, you hereby identify as being over 18 years of age. All mascots and characters on our website are over 18 years old, they’re actually over 1000 years old to be exact. 

Refund Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Note: for most of our product’s packaging, you do not need to apply any destructive force in order to open our packages. 

Dealers should inspect all items received immediately for defects and notify us immediately if there is any defect or damage from shipment, etc, for a replacement. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Anything related to medical / first aid products 

To complete your return, please have your Order ID on hand.

For 3rd Party items, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Order Cancellation 

If you wish to cancel an order, simply contact us and we should be able to easily cancel the order as long as it hasn’t been shipped out yet! 

If the order has already been processed / shipped, we can provide you a return label. Or if you changed your mind and no longer wish to cancel the order, that’s totally cool too! 

Regarding Pre-Orders:  All Pre-Orders are charged up front. If you wish to cancel your pre-order, you will have until the pre-order period ends to cancel your order without any cancellation fee. (The pre-order period will be listed on the product page, but usually lasts for 2 weeks.) If you wish to cancel your pre-order after the pre-order period is over, you may send in a request but you may be charged up to a 25% inventory stocking fee. 

Our Pre-Orders are usually only for custom built items, so cancelling your order after the pre-order period will really hurt us financially! By submitting a Pre-Order on our website you agree to be bound by our cancellation terms and will not dispute the charge or submit a charge back request with your payment processor / card holder / bank. Doing so may result in legal action against you.

If the cancellation is a result of us not having the required parts or materials available, then there will be no cancellation fee.  


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Policy

Once items are shipped, they will be subject to the carrier’s policy and no longer in our reasonable control. 

Please be aware that some shipping delays are most likely out of our reasonable control. 

Missing / Stolen packages may be replaced at our sole discretion. We will not be held liable if the purchaser provides an incorrect shipping address. 

Shipping Restrictions / Restricted States

Due to legal, illegal, and unconstitutional compliance reasons: 80% lower receivers and other AR accessories and parts will NOT be shipped to the following states:

  • Colorado 
  • Connecticut
  • District of Columbia (Washington D.C.)
  • Illinois
  • Maryland
  • Minnesota
  • New Jersey
  • New York
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico 
  • Any country outside of the United States

Anyone who puts in an order with a shipping address to any of the above prohibited states or regions will have the order immediately cancelled and charged a 5% processing / waste of time fee.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Product Warranty

We guarantee our products for 2 years after the date of original purchase for any defects or flaws in the workmanship, material defects, or missing parts / pieces. This warranty does not cover wear and tear from normal use or aging of the materials or an opinion that the item’s design is “defective” in any way. This warranty does not cover missing pieces that were originally included with the product but lost or thrown out by the user. We have plenty of spare parts for sale on our website. If the user notices a defect in our manufacturing within the warranty period we can replace the unit for an equal or lesser value item, dependent on item availability. We can not offer refunds if the defect is found past our original 30 day return period. To make a warranty claim the end user should contact KTactical with a receipt and description / photos of the item defect and prepare a return for the defective item (with or without packaging). We will honor our warranty and determine the status of the defect at our discretion and dependent on item availability.

KTactical, its owners, partners, sponsors, affiliates, and advertisers shall not be held liable for damage, injury to any persons, loss of health, or any other direct or indirect penalties, claims, losses, expenses, costs of any kind, punitive or incidental damages or disputes relating to our products in any way. It is the responsibility of the end user to inspect, understand the quality of and know how to safely utilize our products while also being in full compliance with local and federal laws and regulations. KTactical shall be held exempt from any and all claims arising from or relating to our products in any way.  

Account Cancellation 

KTactical reserves the right to cancel any wholesale / account for any reason whatsoever without further notice, notification, notice, or review.
