  • To purchase a gift card for you or a friend, make sure to fill out all the info on the order form.

    If you are purchasing for Yourself, just add your own email address. The gift card code will be sent to your email address.

    If you are purchasing for a Friend you can add their email address, you could also add multiple emails, including yourself, in case your friend doesn’t check their email or in the event of a typo.

    Checkout on our website, and allow a few minutes, the gift card redemption code should be emailed to you shortly!

  • There are two ways to redeem gift cards to your account.

    Redeem Gift Card to Your Account

    If you would like to redeem a gift card to your account, you must first login or register for an account on our website here.

    Once you have logged in, click on “My Account” located on the top navigation menu (desktop) or the side hamburger menu (mobile).

    On “My Account” you should be able to see an option called “Gift Cards,” click on it to bring up the Gift Card screen.

    Now you should see your Gift Card balance on this screen (below).

    You can apply the Gift Card balance when checking out on our website.

    Warning: Once you have redeemed a gift card to your account, it can not be transferred to another account!

    Redeem Gift Card at Checkout

    The alternative method for redeeming a gift card is to simply redeem it during the checkout process.

    Any leftover funds will be saved to your account for future use.

    If your gift card isn’t enough to cover the full amount, then you will still need to pay the difference at checkout to complete your order.

  • No, Gift Card codes and Gift Card balances do NOT expire!

  • Be sure to check your spam box in case the email was send to spam for some reason.

    If you are 100% certain that you didn’t receive the Gift Code email or you can’t find it for whatever reason, you can reach out to customer service.

    Be sure to have your order ID or receipt on hand.
