If you compare our medical shears with cheap chinese made ones, you might think that they look similar with just a different color, however there are some significant differences to be aware of.
For the purpose of this comparison we are looking at a cheap $5 “made in china” shear.

- Our blade hinge is thicker and stronger, if you actually wanted to cut a penny using these, you would have a hard time with the Chinese version as the blades tend to pop out of place and the penny slips between the blades

You can pack the shears behind the TQ and use paracord or something to keep your shears from getting lost if you drop them.
