No Compromises
Accuracy is not compromised by the reduced weight.
In most lightweight AR builds, the barrel is usually thinned down to a “pencil” diameter in order to reduce weight.
The barrel we are using is a custom 16″ TiN coated 223 Wylde chambering – sub MOA, match grade .416 twice stress relieved steel, 5R rifling – button pulled with 1-8 twist.
We are able to achieve a relatively light weight design by utilizing top quality, 7075 components and and specifically light weight designed rails and accessories.
Our build is not the lightest out there, but we aimed to strike a balance between weight and durability.
Only the Highest Quality
We did not cheap out on ANY component of this upper receiver. All the parts are of the highest quality.
This was designed so that most people would not want to replace any part of this upper with something else (of course you can do whatever you want or buy the “Naked” version).

Do these come Fully Assembled?
The upper receiver comes fully assembled (according to the kit that your ordered).
However, the lower parts and other accessories will need to be assembled by the end user (assuming your kit includes any lower parts such as: trigger, buffer, spring, etc.)
Does it need to be shipped to an FFL?
These kits do NOT contain any parts that require shipment to an FFL.
There are some shipping restrictions to certain states and cities which can be checked at checkout when entering your zip code, and depending on which kit you selected.
How Accurate are These?
The upper and barrel are fitted together with extremely tight tolerances. The match grade barrel should yield sub-MOA accuracy at 100 yards (using decent ammo).
With match ammo, you can expect to achieve sub-MOA accuracy at 100 yards.
The TiN Coating, polishing, and spiral fluting on the barrel isn’t just for looks; we build this thing with precision in mind.
We have confidence in our upper for sport, defensive, hunting or competition use.
If you experience any unexpected accuracy issues or believe that the upper isn’t shooting the way that it should be, please do not hesitate to reach out to us!
Are these test fired?
Yes. All of our uppers are test fired and function tested before they are shipped out. No upper leaves our warehouse without a seal of approval!
If you notice any signs of use on your upper, this is most likely due to the test firing.
We do our best to clean up after test firing, but there may be some marks on the charging handle, brake, and inner components from the test firing process.
Rest assured that your upper is considered in “brand new” condition when it is shipped out and that test firing is a necessary part of the upper completion process.
Does the Optic come Zeroed?
Unfortunately, the indoor shooting facility where we test fire the uppers is not long enough for proper zeroing of the optic. The optic might be pre-adjusted for our use during test firing, but the end user will need to make final adjustments.
What ammo does this take? 556 or 223?
The 223 Wylde chambering will allow for the safe use of both .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO ammunition.

Is the Gas Block Adjustable?
The gas block can be easily adjusted without taking off the rail, by accessing the hex screw located on the side of the gas block using a 3/32″ hex tool.
Under most circumstances, the end user will not need to adjust the gas block.
However, if they plan to use specialized ammunition or a muzzle device which requires lower gas pressure, then the convenient option to adjust the gas block from the side is always available.

Specifications on the size, assuming only parts used from our kit:
- Overall Length (NOT counting muzzle brake): ~31.5 inches
- Length (with stock in shortest position): ~33.75 inches
- Barrel Length: 16 inches

Is there a Warranty?
We stand behind our product! No upper is shipped without a thorough and complete test fire and documentation.
However, if any issue arises that we determine to be the fault of our assembly or included components, we definitely want to make it right. please do not hesitate to reach out to us to discuss options such as:

- Repair / Replacement
In some cases, the unit may not be functioning properly due to user error, such as improperly tuning the gas block, using the wrong buffer or buffer spring, using over pressured ammo, or having lower parts that are not compatible with the desired function.
If the malfunction or damage is caused by faulty ammo, we suggest your best course of action to contact the ammo manufacturer.
If the issue is related to any of the included accessories, such as the optic or peripheral accessories malfunctioning, you should be able to get a replacement unit directly from the manufacturer, but you can also reach out to us if you are uncertain about what to do.
